As "Personality Creations", we created a program to allow personalization and the ability to customize letters as our customer saw fit. We took an old idea, improved it and made it new again! Our "Letter From Santa" was so well liked that we received hundreds of e-mail about them. {Read a few here.} We also had many requests for other personalized letters like it. It was decided, to offer so many letters we would have to have a web site just for them - thus allletters.com. What makes us different from the rest? Everything! Our letters are unlike anything else available, on the 'Net or off.
• We offer a step-by-step tutorial to guide you through the entire process, from start to finish. You will also be able to create a *test* letter!
•We are the only letter site that allows you to preview your work before you make your payment-so you know what you're getting, and get what you pay for.
All backgrounds are ORIGINALS (not pre-printed or mass produced) on heavy card stock or professional quality weight - high gloss genuine Kodak photo paper. In addition to the personalized letter body, many offer a name or term of endearment to be graphically enhanced and put in a specially designated area on the page.
• Every letter created is personally spell-checked and edited.
•Our finished letter text does not have the look of "fill in the blanks" so commonly used in mass produced letters. It's templated to give you a framework, but also customized -so you get a completely unique personal look and feel.
•Each letter is clear-coated (not needed for High Gloss Kodak paper) and trimmed with coordinating finish (ex: a very fine clear glitter for a frosted appearance) and designed to fit into an 8X10 frame, so that the recipient can display it if they so desire. When the letter is completed it is then placed flat (NOT folded) into a 9" X 12" envelope, which is also designed according to the letter type and hand-addressed for a more personal look.
Some will include a holiday postal stamp and cancellation (origination mark made by the post office ex; North Pole, Valentine, Love) when available. Our Christmas "Letters From Santa" also includes a free gift for children. .

Our online credit card and check processing is handled through secure retail services; CCNow (credit cards only,) PayPal (all forms of payments including ATM but you will need to sign up for their FREE membership if you are not one already - excellent service!) and Pay by Check (for those who would like to pay by check and don't want to sign up for PayPal or use a credit card. However, there is an extra $1 added due to the high cost of using this option - it saves time mailing it in to us and waiting for the check to clear, therefore we can process your letters without delay.)Where do we ship?

All letters are shipped separately even in multiple letter orders.
We also offer shipping via "Priority Mail" in the US only.
Example; if you need 3 letters to go to the same address and wanted to use priority ship options, just add them all to your cart and choose the Priority Letter shipping option when ready to check out (limit 4 letters per priority.) Each letter will be in its own individually decorated envelope inside. If you want *each* letter to ship "priority," then *each letter order* must be finalized individually to do so. (Upon adding each letter to your cart you must pay at that time then come back to create another.)Please allow 7-10 days in the US for standard shipping other than during the Christmas holidays (this could be as much as 4 weeks so order very early!) and 9-14 days for the rest of the world.
