Q: Are all the letters the same price - even the Christmas letters with the gift?
A: Yes! But, International, Canada and Mexico are slightly higher due to handling.

Q: I have filled out a letter and keep getting the "Error" page instead of the preview, what am I doing wrong?
A: You missed a field. All blanks must be filled in or it won't work for you. If you feel that one of the fields is not necessary for you, then simply place a "." (period) in that field. Since we proof all letters submitted, we will not create the letter with that period. The only field that is NOT required in all of the letters is the "Code Name" field. That field is for customers who paid in advance for our "Half a Year and 1 Year in Letters" specials or for our fundrasing program.

Q: I notice you offer a multiple letter price. Do they have to be to the same person? If I ordered a letter from Santa for all my nieces and nephews could I still use your multiple pricing?
A: NO and YES! You may send your letters to whom you wish, it did not have to be the same person. Not only that but they do not all have to be used up at once. When you pay for one of the letter specials you will receive a "Code Name" via email. Save it! When you return to order another letter at any time you will need to place it in the space provided on all letterforms that you compose. This way our database deducts it from your account and is processed immediately.
• There is one important thing that you cannot do. International, Canada/Mexico and US destinations cannot be mixed in the specials.

Q: What if I ordered a year in letters and go over?
A: We will notify you via e-mail to give you a choice to pay for them or cancel.

Q: Can I write my OWN letter in all my own words and you created it with your background??
A: Yes you may! Write your letter, choose a background and send it to me via email. Remember to list the background of choice, recipients name and address. I will test it with the background to be sure the letter fits within it. I will let you know if it fits and if it doesn't you may shorten it. Once we are all happy, you can go to the payment page and make payment. Your letter will then be created and shipped.

Q: If I order one of the specials, can I order more?
A: Sure, why not?

Q: When are your Christmas letters going to be online?
A: They are already there! We placed them on their own page since we had far too many to place on the "Holidays" page. They can be accessed from the home page or from the Holidays page. If you do not see the links on either of these pages "refresh" or "reload" your browser when at that page.

Q: Wow, what beautiful backgrounds! Where did you purchase them?
A: Thank you :o) We did not purchase them like the majority of other personalized letter merchants do (most get theirs from craft and hobby stores and are as thin as regular printer paper.) We created them ourselves.

Q: If I paid you, could I order just the background so I can put my own letter inside of it?
A: I'm sorry, this is something we can not do. Our backgrounds are our own originals meant only for use with our letters. You may find mass produced backgrounds at your local craft and hobby stores. By the way, this is what the majority of other personalized letter websites use for their letters.

Q: If I think I made a mistake on a letter that I ordered and want to review it, can I?
A: Yes, you certainly may. Call me up via the Human Click icon at the site, email me or contact me in anyway that you wish.

Q: I ordered a letter but had a question and you didn't answer my email!
A: I suspect that you either are an AOL member with mail controls on or you used an incorrect email address on the form and or payment information. This happens. I cannot reply to you if I can't reach you! Also, and this goes for everyone, please make sure to give me some valid way to contact you. If "I" come across a problem or have a question about your letter, as above - I must be able to reach you about it.

AOL members with mail controls on; add this email address to your buddy list: allletters@allletters.com. You will not be added to a news list or sent any mail unless needed due to a letter question.

Q: Remind Me? Is this for anyone to use? Do you do the reminding and what can I be reminded of? I'm new to this and I just don't want to be added to any advertising lists. But if it's what I think it is - sounds great!
A: Remind Me? is a new service based on our own web server and operated solely by us. No one will ever receive your information in any way as it's placed in a secure directory. Because we want to insure such security, you will have to go though a couple of small extra steps upon signing up. This is for your protection. Upon signing up you will receive an email to the address that you indicate. You MUST follow the security instructions before your reminder(s) will be added and your membership is in place. You will choose a password as well that even we will never see.

The service is absolutely FREE of charge and you can use it as often as you like - to automatically remind yourself for ANY occasion you choose. You may elect to be reminded early for next Christmas season to be sure you order or pay for your letters in a timely manner for instance. You can even choose the exact day to be reminded and/or how many times you wish to be reminded. It's really a great program and we hope that you enjoy it. Please, give it a try!
