We've received such nice comments about our letters and wanted to share some with you. We work diligently to create an outstanding personalized letter like no one has seen before, and we're proud of it :-) Below we have placed just a few of the many wonderful letters our customers had sent to us.
Please note that the first few comments were from Christmas time 1999 (and that was due to just one letter!) Since we have opened this web site in July of 2000, there have been some new ones that we would like to share with you. All Letters was created due to the comments, suggestions, requests and demand for more! We hope you like it, scratch that - LOVE IT!

Hi Jackie,
I received Blake's letter from Santa today, and he opened it, and had
me read it to him, and then he saw the ornament and was soooo excited!!!
He made me read the letter to him 3 times...He couldn't believe Santa
knew his age and his friends names. You did one more thing and I know
it was by accident, but it worked out perfectly...On the front of the
envelope, you wrote Blake's name in green, and his very favorite color
is green, so he was thrilled that Santa even knew what his favorite
color was! You brought so much joy and happiness to that little boy
today Jackie, I can't even begin to tell you. Nor can I tell you how
much it meant to me to see him so happy about it. Thank you so much!!!
The letter and the ornament were so beautiful!!!!! You have a great
talent Jackie, and I am sure what you have done with the Santa letters
has brought more happiness to so many more kids than you could of ever
dreamed..What a very special person you are.
Thanks so much again for the great job you did, and for the happiness it

When I first saw the letters I was skeptical. Often you see things such as your letters, you order them with great expectations only to get a type written letter that many of us could do ourselves. I have to tell you, I was totally blown away when your letter came!!! It was gorgeous! The quality was better than I had hoped for, I would have paid three times what I did! We framed it and hung it on the wall, my son looks at it daily! What a treasure for his hope chest!
Will you be creating any other such letters? Encouragement perhaps? PLEASE let me know if you do :-)

Sometimes things happen that are out of our control, such as the post office losing mail! Yet with good customer service there can still be a happy customer like the gentleman below :o)
Hello Jackie, Received the letter fine, I didn't tell my wife about it as I
try to surprise her with
her BD cards. When it didn't arrive the first time I did tell her she had a
"Special" card on it's way and would be late. When it came the other day and
when she opened it, the first thing she said: "I have to get a nice frame to
put this in." Keep in mind I never told her anything about the type of card.
So this says lots about your quality.

I have to say, I have been checking back with your site very regularly to see what new letters you have come up with. Being a unique person, I do not like to show how I feel in the same old boring traditional way. When I found your web site I thought it would be a great way to show my wife how I feel on our 4th anniversary. When the letter came in the mail, she was so surprised. She was so happy with the letter (love Song) that I sent to her, she said it was much better than a store bought card. She felt it was more special, because I took the time to create it myself (some what). Thank you for the great site, and very beautiful letters. I will surely be ordering more in the future.

I just had to drop you a line (normally I don't do this kind of thing) to tell you how completely wonderful the Easter letter is! I purchased it for my 4 year old granddaughter and placed it in her Easter basket at church. It made her feel like the most special child in the place! Thank you so much.

I have always been somewhat of a difficult child when I was , well, a little younger. My poor mother put up with a lot but never loved me less. I had to tell her how much I appreciated her and loved her but didn't know how until I read one of your Mother's Day letters - it fit so well! I had you send it to me so I could frame it to give as a gift along with flowers. When my mom read her letter she cried. I don't ever remember her ever shedding good tears.... thank you so much, really, you don't know how much this has meant to the both of us. We are closer than ever before.

When the letters arrived I was flabbergasted! I looked at Santa letters for three days and must admit that many sites complain about form letters so I was skeptical about utilizing your website. Nevertheless, I just had to have them. They don't look anything like a form letter!!! Your graphics are astounding and text is written so eloquent. It's a work of fine art! The kids? Needless to say, they are thrilled with them, and of course Santa knew it all! I will never look anywhere else again. You have delivered the uppermost superior product I have seen in many years.
