Hi There! If you have ordered from us before you will know that our programming needed some help. Well help is on it's way! In just a few short weeks you will no longer need to worry about Letter ID's! Nor will you receive confirmations for errored letters! You will ONLY receive the confirmation for the letter(s) you CHOOSE to KEEP and ONLY once WE receive it in our mailbox as well. If you don't get one within 8 hrs. or less - then there will have been a transmission problem and you will know right away to come back. (however, this would be very, very rare)

The site will pretty much look the same except that the preview page will then send you to save or make payment ONLY if you choose to do so. The only thing you MUST KEEP IN MIND is that you use YOUR SAME EMAIL ADDRESS consistantly.

Also, many people make errors with shipping information and email typos.... now you will be able to double check that information with the letter preview! MULTI- Letter orders; you will only need to list the recipients names... no more IDs!
