After posting these letters become the sole property of All Letters.com. And also, we do not disclose information aquired from orders made or newslist sign ups to anyone, anywhere for any reason!

You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. This agreement is entered into in the State of Texas and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdication of the state and federal courts located on El Paso County, Texas, for the purposes of litigating any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms and agree not to commence any such action against All Letters.com other than in such courts.

If any of the provisions of this agreement are held by a court or a tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto relating to the subject matter herein.
